OVERALL SUMMARY
Provide administrative support for Fitness Center.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Washing and folding clothes, restocking locker rooms and managing Fitness Center inventory.
General administrative responsibilities including answering phones, ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, logging in class attendees and personal training sessions, billing and filing.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact regularly with gym members, HBO employees and outside vendors.
Processing expense reports.
General fitness center tidiness.
REQUIREMENTS
B.S. Degree plus 2 years of administrative experience required.
Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
Basic office computer skills (MS Office) and experience using document management systems.
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter that can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a high volume of work under extreme deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
Must have discretion and the ability to work with highly confidential matters.
Should be flexible on hours and be able to work overtime when necessary.
